Please post any of either show that is available.
I attended a taping of both shows sometime in 1959 or 60. The two shows were filmed in the same NY studio, one right after the other. The audience stayed for both shows with only a small break between them. The break was filled with light banter by a comedian to keep us happy.
The shows were then broadcast weeks later.
To my horror, when the shows were broadcast I was in an area that had no television reception due its distance from the nearest city. (Television was line of sight in those days.) I was in the unpleasant position of knowing all the answers to a TV show but not being able to act as if I was just real smart. Maybe that’s why I’m cranky.

I attended a show of To Tell the Truth in the the 1970's while on a Graduate course field study of Developing Libraries as a restful break between same. We toured the then Library of Performing Arts in Lincoln Center as well as the Library at NYU.
